Conversely, if it is shot in the belly it can explode and cover nearby players in bile. If it is headshot, it will lose the ability to vomit for the few seconds it remains alive.
The bile from the Bloat will slowly lower the player's health and armor for a few moments. It has the special ability to vomit on you and other humans which covers your screen with vomit and hinders your vision for up to ten seconds. It is rather slow but is more durable than more common zeds. Bloat is a large wobbly specimen that appears in most of the Killing Floor games.
